KindtomyMind helps you to find stillness, peace of mind and true purpose in today’s busy world by offering Mindfulness, Mental Health First Aid training and Personal Life Coaching.

Located in Berkhamsted, Herts where we offer meditation classes. All of our services are available at flexible locations and are also now available virtually via web conference.


Mindfulness helps us live life more deeply and to be more in touch with ourselves and others. It helps us relate to ourselves with greater self-compassion. Jon Kabat-Zinn defines it as 'paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.' Mindful practices can be adopted in all aspects of can be brought into any activity in daily living. Everything is Mindfulness when we learn or choose to see it this way.

Mental Health First Aid

Learn to be a mental health first aider on a two-day public mental health first aid course. The two-day courses are run in relaxed and comfortable venues or within your business workplace. Each participant is supported to learn and explore topics surrounding mental health and wellbeing.

Personal Life Coaching

We offer personal life coaching. Kate is a personal life coach (currently in training). She already has many years’ experience of coaching employees in the workplace around a host of challenges, relationships and goals.


It can be hard to find peace of mind in the modern world. The demands and pace of daily life can leave us feeling exhausted and disconnected. Anxiety and other mental health issues are rife particularly in the West and we can all sometimes benefit from practical tools to help us better navigate our lives. We believe in the value of self-care and being kind to your mind.
